This session will allow you to experience the latest features that will be equipped in the newest version Pointwise V17 using your own hands. We will be introducing techniques and technical tips on how to generate mesh robustly and efficiently, while minimizing time and improving accuracy of analysis results with high-accuracy meshes. First half of this session will focus on T-REX features which generates anisotropic tetra meshes robustly even for complicated shapes. | |

A Hands-On Experience of the basic settings for the Glyph2 Script Program which is installed in the latest version of Pointwise. We will be introducing the basics of the Tcl program such as variables (lists, arrays), control structures and file operation which constitutes the basis of Glyph. In addition, there will be introductions on the basics of the Glyph2 program types, various operation modes, collections and points. |
